idling issues

I don't think this is related but about a year and half ago the engine was dropped to replace the o-rings for oil consumption. car has been running fine since, never had an issue

three weeks ago, the battery died, i replaced the battery but accidently touched a metal part with the wrench and saw a small spark fly (i don't think this is related but i'm going to go into detail of everything i've done). the oil was changed also before this from 5w30 synthetic to 10s30 regular (temporarily since they were out of my regular oil).

now at idle at a stop in D , the rpm and oil gauge slightly fluctuates and looking at the engine, it shakes when this happens, a rumble rumble rumble rumble stumble rumble rumble sound. the stumble part is where the gauges fluctuatee and the engine slightly shakes in the engine bay.

had the car scanned, p102, cleaned the air filter, maf and tb, did a idle relearn, put the car in start, removed teh bat and ign fuses, waited five min, put the fuses back in and started the car in D and P for 5 minutes.

this helped for a week then the stumble came back. had the car scanned again (p0102). looks like the stock maf sensor is bad. looks like all that kn filter oil build up, replaced the maf with a slp maf,

this worked fine again for a week. (i didn't do a idle relearn nor did i clear the p0102 code). after a week, the stumble came back.

scanned, P0102 (old code) and new code of 1416.

cleared the codes. pulled the hoses off the ends of the air check valves on both ends, sounds like one of the valves is stuck open. heard a bubbling sound come out of the hose that was consistent after the engine is at normal operating temp. replaced both valves and cleared the codes, drove for 20 miles that same day.

i then drove around, stumble still there, but the rpm gauges don't fluctaute as much but the engien still shakes when it 'stumbles', had the car scanned again, no codes.

any clues where this stumble is coming from?

car is a 01 camaro ss, with mods: lid, 3.42 gears, slp temp iac resistor, kn filter (made sure the filter isn't soaked in oil this time), also it is a A4.

Couple of things I would do:

Remove that SLP IAC crap
Remove that SLP MAF and find someone with a stock unported, not descreen, BONE STOCK MAF
Replace the 60$ waste of money K&N with a fram filter to not worry about over oiling

See how the car runs after this. Still getting a stumble/shaky idle?

Check the plug wires, check the plugs. Plugs and wires ok?

Lets check for a vaccum leak. Lightly mist WD40 or something around the engine while it's running. If you notice the idle changing when you do this you have a vaccum leak.

This is all I can pull up off the top of my head right now
