I need your opinion on mods

Okay..By this X mas I will have close to 2 grand....

Im pretty much BONE stock...And my goal time is 12.9 (or lower)...

What would be the best mod with the most gain?

Shift kit?
Headers?
Port my block?
Full Exhaust?

Nitrous is a little out of the question. Seeing as I will be tempted to use it all the time and would prob. end up ****ing my car up...

Anyway..

ANY SUGGESTIONS? Please help?

Get hooker longtubes straight from jethot, they are $548 delivered to your door, and then go to a good muffler shop and get a true dual setup done, either with dumps or over the axle and out the back, and then you'll probably have quite a bit of money left, so just get as many other bolt ons as you can getting it ready for the big power adders like heads and cam later on down the road. Like buy a lid and filter, ported maf and throttle body, etc. and if you have enough, definately get a set of drag radials, you're gonna need them

just my opinion, that's what I would do

My advice:

High flow lid, with performance air filter (K&N, Holley Powershot)
Exhaust (catback or duals)
3.73 gears
...you asked about a shift kit, so I assume your F-body is an A4. Shift kit is not a bad idea.

That should definately make you capable of 12.9...whether or not you hit that is up to you as the driver, and the weather.

Oh, didn't think of that. Might wanna get a converter somewhere in that group if ya can, that'll definately help along with the gears and shift kit. See how much of it you can get for what you got to spend, I would definately at least go with the true dual set up, lid & filter, and gears, shift kit and converter if you could afford all that. That would make a really nice setup. Oh yeah, and drag radials or else you won't get the grip
