i have some exhaust problems..help!

I have SLP loud mouth exhaust along with alot of other mods..and its really loud, Some people have told me just to add a muffler..other people say to put the stock SS exhasut back on, I dont want to pay a ton of money, a last resort would be to just buy a borla cat back. what do you think I should do, and i dont mind loosing a couple of hp if i go back to stock SS exhaust..

Thumbs up

Put a DynoMax bullet, part #24219, in place of the resonator.
You won't lose flow and the muffler will take the edge off the exhaust volume. It will also add alot of bass to the exhaust. It sounds better IMO.
The bullet runs just under $40 from www.jegs.com .
Dave

Edit: Just so you know, this mod won't make it quiet like stock with your mods, but it will take the rough edge off.
