hypertech back to stock

has anyone tried to use the hypertech on another car without returning yours back to stock? will it work on the other vehicle or do i have to put mine back to stock?

do i need to use for my 160 thermostat or will that automatically kick on at 160?

A Hypertech will only work on one car at a time.
The 160° stat works off of the coolant temperature but without the fans coming on sooner it is a waste.

The factory fan setting is:

Fan 1 on/off @ 227F/218F

Fan 2 on/off @ 235F/228F

W/o a way to turn the fans on sooner, your thermo will open up nice and low temp wise, but then the car will warm to the fan setting temps.

So, nothing gained.

Hypertech starts the fans @ 184 F w/ the 160 thermo setting - quite a difference !
