How To Remove Air Bags??????????

Question How To Remove Air Bags??????????

I am in the process of removing weight from the car. How do I remove both the front and passanger air bags aswell as that sensor for them inside the center console?

Why? combined, they don't go over 4 pounds, and the hassle to get them out ain't worth it! Guess you don't have a warranty with your vehicle either...

im pretty sure those bags are worth alot more than 4lbs.... especially the pass. side. do a search in the drag section, there was a guy that posted a list the other day about actual weights of the items he removed from his car. im actually wondering if i can use the bags from a 93 in a 99.... anybody got a clue on that one?
