Why do you want the 6 speed? I might be worth you while to swap in a higher stall torque converter and then decide if the 6 speed is for you

 

Because this is the same guy that wanted to swap in an SS motor because it would make his car faster...

 

Cuz I know the next car i get gon be manual (Maro 2010 Z28)...and i already wanna get used to it...and I heard it's real fun driving manual...today I beat a lil 5.0 chumpstang on tha freeway...something popped on his muffler and grey smoke started coming out his muffler...haha...holla at me...and i'm probably the youngest in here with a Maro

 

if you have to ask these questions then I dont suggest you trying the swap. you need a new center console, the floor needs to be cut, you need the tranny, shifter, pedal assembly, clutch assembly including cluch reservoir and the computer needs to be retuned (better off with an ECU out of an M6 car).

its probably worth it to just sell your car and buy an M6 car.

Just going to wait and keep my A4...It's good when u smoking while driving down the freeway...And that 5.0 was all fixed up and the color of it was aqua...I bet he has to replace something after that run...haha...wat is it when something pops like a gun and then grey smoke starts coming out of the muffler???...It was funny

chances are he downshifted at too high of an RPM so you heard it pop, and whenever you floor a car you see a puff a black smoke.

 

HaHa.....Yap That **** Was funny....i guess he did downshift fast cuz we were stoppin....his dumbass stayed on the freeway and i said naw i dont want no one calling the cops so i got out and go home thru the street.....my car did very good...

 

That would be a backfire, my old 5.0 would backfire through the exhaust occassionally as well.
