how much power from a cam?

how much power from a cam?

i was wondering what kind of power can be gained from a cam with long tubes and computer tuning

Depends on the cam and the tune ... cam only cars are putting down anywhere form 350 to over 400.

What you use the car for and how you drive it will dictate the type of cam you will want ...

Sorry bro, but it's very likely, almost guaranteed to get over 370.

If he does as he says he wants to (headers, cam, tune), He should have at least 370. Depends on the cam. Put a nice one in and he'll have over 400 easy.

Average from a cam and tune would be in the 30HP range , But more depends on how many mods you have done, I would say with full boltons and and M6 its safe to say anywhere from 360 to 400hp, with an A4 car it would drop to about 340 to 380hp. No 2 cars are ever dyno the same, some dyno high some dyno low, to me its the 1/4 mile time that counts.
