i was wondering if someone that knows could give me an idea of about how much horsepower i have. Ok, i have a 2001 ss with factory slp 345 hp option, slp lid, cutout, slp long tube headers, slp dual-dual exhuast (which came from the factory). Let me know what you guys think.

I put dwn 334 with headers(no cats) lid and a cutout
yours has a ls6 intake so i would say your in the 340 to 350 range also

Horsepower? I don't know but my car put down 13,462.4 Monkey Power...

Just find a place to do a dyno run, every car is a little different from the factory and everyone responds different to mods.

Yes it does, it's even on an option list sticker on the door if you want me to take a picture of it! And no it wasnt put on there for people to think i have it. lol. Thanks for everyones reply's though.

Then you my friend have a 2002 SS. I have all the fliers from SLP for the SS for each respective year. The only year that was offered the 345hp option was 2002. Anybody else care to chime in?

the build date is 4/01.

That's probably an '02 then. My formy's build date is 5/99 and is considered a 2000

Are you wanting flywheel power or rear wheel?

I would guess around 330-350 rwhp depending on car and dyno
flywheel would be between 370-390.

I think you need to call SLP on Monday with your vin# and see what you have. Sounds to me like you have a 2002 Camaro SS, not a 2001. When you call you can ask them yourself if 2001's had the 345hp option.
