How much for:

Its an LS1 engine block, heads, and 7 pistons..
One piston is missing a bit of metal.
Crack on one of the cylinders but not on the sleeve.
Everything but the inakte and exhaust manifolds and electricals stuff.

I'd say 1/3 of the price of an LS1 in perfect shape. The price should be similar to a working LS1 minus the parts and labor. I don't know an LS1 block costs by itself, but I would use something like that. Maybe a little less, maybe a little more.

thats kewl.. The situation is basically that the owners are moving and want to get rid of the engine but the block does have that crack in it.
I am wanting an engine to put in my Porsche..
