I have a broken passenger cat, and my car sounds like @$$ on wheels. I know that its under federal warranty, but i have a cut-out and dont want to go to the hassle of arguing over it. whats normal cost to have a cat gutted? also, my car makes the flappy sound terribly all of the time, i know gutting cats causes some flapping, is it really bad? i'm just curious if my broken cat is whats makeing so much noise, and if gutting it will help.
