How many quarts of differntial fluid will i need?

Hey guys,

I am going to have the differential fluid changed on my 2000 Z28. Is 75W-140 going to work? And how many quarts will i need? Thanks

Isn't 140 a little heavy? I think I've always used 80/90 when doing gear swaps, and had no problems.
