You'll need an LS1 PCM, wiring harness, figure out a way to drive all of your LT1 gauges, etc. Not exactly an easy thing to do, but not terrible.

It's an easy swap but will require a lot more then just the engine. You will also need to either modify the LS1 harness to plug into the LT1 harness, or pay to have it done. Here is a quick list of what you need.

1 engine with harness and PCM (harness MUST be modified)
2 k member with P/S rack (LT1 rack won't clear LS1)
3 LS1 transmission (your LT1 tranny will not work)
4 modified fuel lines and regulator or 97 Vette LS1 fuel rail
5 LS1 heater hose assembly
6 Exhaust modifications
7 PCM programing

There are many other small items you will need but this is a short list. I would advise you to do your research upfront to minimise down time. I would also check out LS1TECH.COM, they have a conversions forum you will find invaluable.
