Thumbs up

our horns have an adjuster screw located in the pitch plate (metal plate in front of the magnet). Turning it out makes the pitch of the horn deeper. Have fun!

You may have a bad "low note" horn - there's actually 2 horns - a high note and a low note horn combine to result in a "normal" chevy camaro sounding horn.

I just went through this last week at the dealership - before I got it fixed, it sounded like I was driving a Datsun. Does anybody remember what a Datsun was???

Like a B210? hehe Pre Nissan take over.. I still remember the switching of the signs..

Those new 350Zs look sweet.. I may have to go honk their horns when the dealers get theirs here.

Your horn is broke if it sounds like that. Very common problem with these cars. If it is not under warranty, Buy the whole assembly. There not that expensive. Mine was done under warranty over a year ago. All good since.

Until it's get soaked again in a nasty rainstorm, or driving through a puddle! It's not in a great location. I just had mine fixed - we'll see how long it lasts.
