I'm new to this board, so I's like to say thanks to everyone in advance that can help me... I'm gonna order the Hooker LT's for my 02 Z28 monday. I need to know what all I need to get first... What pipe should I get with it, the hooker Y-Pipe? And I was reading that someone said they do not make these LT's for an 02, is this true? And where is the best place to order this stuff? And I'm gonna be installing them myself, are they hard to install?

If you are ordering Hooker Long Tubes, make sure you order the correct Part Number. Most places try to sell you the P/N 2253-1 that are ment for the 98 & 99 Camaro. Those header have to be modified. Hooker has just come out with a new design for 2000 to 2002 f-bodies and the hyperlink below tell you about them.

sure they cost more but what u pay for is what u get

 

Hooker builds as good a header as most. If you want the best, buy a custom set from Stahl or Lemons.
