Post Help with Street Twin..Please!

I am having a problem. The pressure plate will not fully clear the discs and floater assembly and there is a huge gap between the pressure plate and the shims on the flywheel!
I have no clue as to why this is.

So now when I put the pressure plate on the bottom disc doesn' move?? I know theres supposed to be a gap when you put the floater over the bottom disc but is the freeplay in the bottom disc supposed to be retained after the install of the pressure plate?? Help me please!

Well it looks like I'm going to shim the bolts that hold the pressure plate to the FW a little more. That should do it.
