HELP I need to install headers by Friday

I have to gelp my friend put headers on his car before a show this weekend, can anyone give me instructions PLEASE...

What kind of headers? The only real thing you need is a floor jack and jackstands to get it high enough. Im sure you can see from there what you need to do to get them in place.
