Question HELP!!!another bad rear end?

I just bought a 2002 Z with just over 20K miles on it and the past couple of days I've noticed a really bad vibration comming from the rear end. It pretty much always happens if I do the skip shift from 1st to 4th, and it also happens when I let off the clutch quickly while shifting in the lower 3 or 4 gears.

I've been searching through the past threads and it sounds like it might be a broken tranny mount, but i'm not much of a car person when it comes to diagnosing this type of problem so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well if it was the tranny mount, you would hear a clank noise from the center of the car. If you can pop the cover off the diff and check out your gears and replace the fluid. Also if there isnt enough posi additive, you will hear more road noise from the rear, but I dont think that is the problem.
