hey im thinking of getting a 2000 z28 camaro, i am looking to get it up to around 450 hp, i alwase think i have the right ideal but then i ask somebody els and they say no thats not going to be as good as this or this or hey try this. so i figured i would ask the pros, what parts what place what price thanks

450 hp at the rear wheels or flywheel? Also is drivability an issue?
A4 or M6?
You'll probably be more pleased if you shoot for a certain performance goal instead of a specific power rating. There are things that will make your car faster, but won't give power gains. Some, like a smaller torque converter, will actually make you dyno less but will make you a half second quicker in the 1/4. I've seen cars w/less power outrun cars w/more power, so having higher HP #'s means little.
