Heater making buzzing noise

When I use my heater it makes a buzzing noise coming from passenger side.It gets louder the higher I turn it up.Is this normal or should I have it checked?

Similair thing happend on my V6 and on my Z. In both cases it was just leaf that had been sucked up into the fan ... eventually it will disintegrate and the noise will go away - takes about a month.

ahhh.. that explains it.... I had the same symptom a while back and it disappeared too..

Same thing happened to a friend of mine. He removed the passenger side underdash cover exposing the motor, removed the screws holding the motor up, reached in and pulled leaves out.

The motor? You mean the motor for the heater blower? Mine is doing it now too so if I can remove some leaves to fix it that would be great!!

Mine was whistling as well for about a month after i got it and then it just went away. It was very aggravating, so hopefully it wont happen again.
