Futral Motorsports F-13 or F-14 with Dart 225s and a Fast 90/90 setup and you'll see well over 450 rwhp.

Re: heads and cam opinions

skip the fast 90/90.....you'll still be well over your goal and save yourself $1200

or you can go a little milder on the cam for better street manners and go with the Dart 205s for some better low and mid range power.

what supporting mods do you have for your car?? with out the basics the H/C will be choked pretty bad.

EDIT:

never mind, you say it's stock.

you're gonna need things like a lid, headers and catback to get anything out of the car.

Well if you have the SLP D/D exhaust you'll be in pretty good shape, just drop $100 on lid/filter, take a weekend to P&P your TB, and a set of LT's for 400 bucks or so and you're set

m6 and it already has the slp center mount exhaust and the blackwing lid stock, what about pacesetter headers and the magic stick 3 cam?

Re: heads and cam opinions

both are good choices

that cam is pretty big...not gonna be the most street friendly...but with a good tune it should work. should easily get you 400rwhp on stock heads.

you said your goal was just over 400rwhp. if you plan to do heads you can achieve that with a much more street friendly setup by going to a smaller cam.

Be careful launching your M6 with 400+ rwhp. That is a really good way to break your rear end.

DEFINATELY do something about your rear end before racing it. My buddy has a 97 Z28 and it's only got small bolt-ons, and he snapped 4 teeth in his ring. 12 bolt would erase all worries, but that's nearly 2Gs you'd have to throw down.

Where are you finding a 12-bolt for "nearly 2Gs"? The best prices I've found come out to $2300-2500 depending on options.
