Re: heads for cam
Heads are not a must; but ported or aftermarket heads would provide more hp. I would defiantly be sure to have at-least an ls6 intake and depending on what injectors you have I would think about swapping the injectors. A mail order or dyno tune should be done also.

Re: heads for cam
What year is your car? I know some years came with the ls6 intake; If you have one of those then you more than likely will have larger injectors too and you'll be OK, but if you added the ls6 intake I would go with a 30lb ford svo or a 36lb if you plan on further mods down the road. 30lb would be fine if you don't plan on doing more mods later, but if your going with new injectors I would do 36lb;they will work fine now and provide more fuel later.

Re: heads for cam
thunder racing, speed inc, texas speed all good places.
Heads I would either go with AI 243s, or AFR 215. I wouldn't mess with any of the others, Trick Flows require (debatable) aftermarket rocker arms so I'm not a fan of them. Thunder sells a shim kit to use stock, but TEA still claims it's not a great idea and the guides will still wear faster then normal.
I tend to favor either of those heads (AI for budget, AFR for $$$)
