Just to make things short tonight, my 00 SS was in a bad front end accident I got it back, and was driving around tonight and noticed my headlights were pointed at the ground. My brights are fine, but I dont want to drive around with them.

How do I fix my headlights? How do I adjust them up? I can only see about 10 feet infront of me. I know with my 93 I had a torque wrench i could adjust it with. Is this the same with my 2000? Its late tonight I have work early and cant mess with it now, and I am not sure when I will have time to take it back to the body shop. I am hoping some one will answer my question so I can figure it out when I get off work tommorow. I will tell about my car in another post.
