I have been looking into this whole header thing and I think I have decided to save a little more money and get the SLP Longtubes to match the loudmouth cat-back. Does the stock system already have the O2 simm that I can re-use? Also, where is the best place to order the Headers and the NGK 55 plugs? Another thing while I am at it, What does the Air ristrictor mod do and if I don't get it will it cause any problems?

i would go with flp(i did go with flp)
i was thinkin bout slp but thought about it and flp is bettr that slp

flp does make one of the best headers for our cars
with the stock headers u have 02 sensors 4 of them
and u need to buy o2 simulators...their about 90 bucks or so
flp headers come with two holes for two o2 sensors and then u plug the o2 simulaors into the spot of where the other two aare...
basically this keeps from a check engine light comin on so tht u pass emissions......02 sims simulate an 02 sensor(that means they pretend they are like them)
