the "loudness" factor of headers mostly depends on what is actually behind them, not the headers themselves.

cats and a good catback will keep the noise tolerable. i don't have cats and i put an 18" bullet muffler on the Ypipe collector, then ran a magnaflow exhaust....sounds good...nice idle and around town sound...and screams on WOT.

i had great experience with my flowtechs, installed very easily, look good (for a budget header) and the ypipe fit perfect with no modification.

Ar you asking if tyhey are good or are you asking if they are loud? Any header will be loud when open.

I generally don't review people, but I would say that pacesetter owners are in general fairly nice people.

give me some results
Of the review? No real results to speak of.

Hope this helps,
Jonathan
