FLOWTECH!! stay way from pacesetter. they work great for some guys on here but others wont even look to them (including me). And dont buy a pre fab'd y pipe, get a custom one at a local exhaust shop.
FYI, I was looking at pacesetters but after talking to some performance/exhaust shops in town they told me "We wont buy them, we wont install them, and we wont sell them. Good luck!" After hearing that enough times, I said forget about it.
Plus, I love holley

picked up six tenths and had extrememly minor fitment issues which were corrected by a reputable exhaust shop in all of half an hour....
Actually the guys at LS1tech are saying the exact opposite. They are saying Flowtechs are a problem child and the New Pacesetters are fitting much better then before and even the Y-pipe was fixed.
I say go with coated pacesetters. The new ones are much better from what I hear.

I guess everyone has their own opinions. The only way for me to know is by word of mouth or trying them out. I have only tried out the flowtechs and love them. The pacesetters may very well be a great header and last time I checked, they were recieving some bad reviews. Let us all know what you decide!
Installed Flowtechs (and a cutout) on mine in about 8 hours with only on place where it was rubbing on the k-member and that took about 2 minutes to fix, and I have no experiance working on cars. Im going to the track wednesday to see some results. But overall Im very happy with the Flowtechs.
