Re: Header and exhaust question

if you got lt's with emission hookups ya, if not then no. to make it so you don't throw a code get a scanner and erase the code when your SES light comes on or get it tuned if you have other mods and want to spend the money. Just my $0.02 i'm sure others will have more knowledgeable comments..

You can get LTs with emissions.

Re: Header and exhaust question

you can get a set with the emissions fittings but there is no point, you might as well get the race type (no emmisions fittings) and delete the air and egr out of yoru car... to make room

Re: Header and exhaust question

Where are you located? Do you have emissions testing that you have to pass? If so leave all the emisssions on and get some LT's with emissions on them. Otherwise we'd recomend non-emissions headers...Feel free to contact us for pricing/avaliability questions on what will work best for your budget/car and performance you are trying to reach...

Thanks

Re: Header and exhaust question

go MAC midlengths and play it safe. I am installing mine tonight and smog in a month, so I am hoping they pass. they dont drastically change anything as far as a visual goes. just paint them cast iron colored or black and call it a night!

Re: Header and exhaust question

Alot of our customers who have to pass strict emissions go with MAC or SLP headers...... Macs a bit cheaper but a good product. We are actually running a sale over in the supporting vendor section.....

Re: Header and exhaust question

Got a Camaro SS and have Jet Hot Long Tubes with about 3-4 inches ground clearance. Is that normal?
