Anyone know anything about thunder racings cheatr head and cam package...anyone here have it or know anyone who does..any info will help my decision

 

Not sure what you're looking for. The CheatR has shown very good results with stock exhaust set up and AFR are excellent heads. The 600 intake lift will be hard on springs but for raw results and Stock "like" idle - it's a real strong package.

 

well i'm looking for more power obviously...would love to have it sound mean as hell at idle but i would be willing to give that up for somthing that works with eachother and gives as much power as it possibly can..it would be with a fairly stock exhaust system..fairly stock meaning QTP LT with Duel cutout y-pipe and factory slp center exhaust...i don't know maybe i'll go with the package maybe i'll just get a custom cam...i just want to see more power..this LS1 just aint fast enough anymore I just hate it when that happens

 

Do a search in here or go on tech. IIRC it was PatrickG that was running it.
It makes a great sleeper setup. The heads are AFR.

 

anyone know Bret Bauer's name on here i think i might talk to him about a custom cam

 

It's an ok package if you want to stay slow.

OK that's a different story - QTP LTs are not stock! If you're going to do heads then, talk to the sponsors - tell them how you plan to use the car and they will give you some good combos.
