Handling feels messed up! Help!

I got a Moser 12 bolt installed a little over a month ago. After I got the car back, I noticed it rode a little stiffer, but everything felt ok. Well, recently, I noticed a slight rattle in the rear (haven't pinpointed it yet). Tonight I was driving the car and it really felt weird. The car felt a little extra drifty towards the left especially and going around a couple turns quicly made the car feel like it was almost floating on the rear (kinda felt detached from the car). I'm thinking one of the below might be the trouble:

1. Loose torque arm????
2. Rear axle not centered with panhard (adj)????
3. Loose LCA's/TA???? (BMR LCA's, stock TA)
4. Springs/shocks bad???? (both stock)
5. Cold weather/salty roads????

I don't know whether I'm just getting worried over nothing or there's a real problem.

Actually, the noise isn't whine.
I have some whine, it isn't too bad.
My 10 bolt with 4.10's was 10000x worse.

It's more of a noise like something loose and rattling. Kinda like the spare tire, but I checked that and it was pretty tight. I did tighten it a little more just to be sure.

Did you readjust your torque arm after the install? Your pinion angle might be off. Other than that the only thing I can think of is something worked itself loose.

By that, do you mean an axle could be bent, or that the tube itself has a problem?

It's just really odd how the car is acting.

bet something on mounting came loose on rear, check all mounting points on rear then ger a complete wheel alignment, BESURE they check the rear thrust line and then align front to match , should be + / - 0.13,if thrust line is off more than this the rear of car will push to the side which is - setting , come to my site and better ubderstand wheel alignments

How did you rule it out? It sounds a lot like a bad panhard bushing or conrol arm bushing. Possibly even loose bolts but if they were loose enough to have play, they'd be loose enough to fall out.

Here is a scenario though. If they tightened up the control arms and panhard bar with the car still on the lift (edit*** and wheels dangling***) the bushings would be in a binding condition whenever the car is resting on the ground. This would definately make the car feel tight becase the bushings are being flexed to the max at all times. Eventually the bushings will fail, tear apart and fall out. Then you'll hear rattling, bumping and knocking all the time. It will also allow the suspension to travel around and it sounds like this might be what you have here.

Check the bushings.

loose bolts or loose bushings? Loose bolts won't make much noise till they fall out.

There aren't any nuts on my torque arm b/c it uses the Moser 4 mounting bolts with lock washers instead. So it might be worse then just loosing the nuts (b/c then at least you still have the bolts to hold the rear on albeit not as strong). It's been too ungodly cold outside unfortunately to get under the car to see what's up . I'm going to try to remove and reinstall the panhard and the two LCA's and see if that fixes the problem if it warms up at all this weekend. I know the bushings still look fine, but I don't want to have them be binding end up breaking.
