Guys with MAC midlengths, i need input

I got a guy in my club that has a 2000 SS 6 speed....here are his mods:
LS1 motorsports lid
ported mass air ends
tb bypass
160 t-stat
hooker catback
cutout
superchips tuning...Microtuner
The car has stock y-pipe just a hooker catback
another guy in my club has a set of MAC midlength HTC coated headers with a 3 inch y-pipe(no cats) for sale. what kind of gain will the 2000 SS see from these headers?...to the guys that have them, do you have any before an after dyno numbers?....the SS is now currently putting down 320 hp and 331 TQ at the wheels on the dyno 2 nights ago.We just want to know if the SS will benefit from the midlength. any help will be appreciated.

I would go with long tubes personally but a guy here just had mac's put on and only gained 4 rwhp not worth all the money for the install and headers.

Macs are proven performers. He will probably get 15-20 rwhp out of them. Go for it.

mac's are proven to make power, being only a few inch's shorter than a "long tube" there isnt much there.
