Angry Goodyear Tire question

I have a 2000 Z with 14k mi. One of my tires is
making a rubbing/pulsating noise which I can feel only at coasting speeds say in a lot or up to a light. Braking does not affect it good or bad so I figured its not the discs. The dealer
states it is the tire so they rotated it from the front to the rear where it would be less noticeable.
Now after they placed it on the back..it did improve drastically but now after 4 k mi it is getting more noticeable.
I tooki it to two Goodyear dealers hoping to get a warranty prorated replacement but both dealers said the tire is sound, has no visible
defects but did show some uneven wear due to an alignment problem.
I am going to get the alignment in the front just to save my other tires but what the hell is going on with this tire..?? anyone else have a similar problem?? Any suggestions before I get a new tire. The Goodyear salesman said I'd be wasting my money by putting on a new tire because the noise is only noticeable at coasting speed but at above 30 mph has no affect. HELP!!!!
