G1 vs. TORQUER CAM

i plan on getting a head and cam and stall package done. im looking into mti 2e heads and probably a vig. 3200 stall. im debating between the G1 cam or the Torquer cam. the specs on the G1 are 228/232 578/575 113 lsa and the torquer is 233/233 589/589 112 lsa. this is gonna be on an A4 and its a daily driver street car. which would give me best drivability and power between the 2 thanks..

Re: G1 vs. TORQUER CAM

i think both would be about the same. the "slightly" wider lobe angle may allow for a better idle. hard to say.

i have the Torquer with all the bolt ons and am very happy, can't wait to get heads!!!

i think with my new clutch and alumn flywheel i'll put down 390 to the wheels, and maybe a little more tweaking with the a/f i'd hit 400. which is my goal prior to heads.
