g-tech...blown fuse?

g-tech...blown fuse?
well i was taking out my g-tech and there was a spark out of the place you put the cigarette lighter into. now it doesnt work when i plug the g-tech in and the lighter doesnt heat up. is there a fuse for the cig lighter? what could have happened?
