Unhappy Flashing SES light, NEED HELP

I was at lunch today and just filled the tank up with the 93octane from Amoco. I got on the highway and jumped on it. When I got off the highway, the SES light started flashing and the car wasn't running right at all. The motor is super sluggish and I have hardly any throttle response. Anyone experience a simular problem or know what might be wrong before I take it to the shop. My car is an LS1 SS with an M6. Thanks for the help

Not a whole lot of information there. After blinking is your SES light constantly on? If so, need to read the error code that will shed some light on your problem.

Well if the SES light was flashing then you have a misfire on one or more of your cylinders.
