Yeah, its some sick # like that. Look at it this way...the clutch is complete overkill for your car, but you don't really need to every worry about upgrading to something stronger.

As for how many miles its rated for...not really sure. I have about 10,000 abusive miles on mine so far and its still grabbing like a champ.
