First Runs IN SS What ya think??
Hey went to the track today, it was like a perfect day to go today. 70 and sunny. Well my best run a 13.64@105 and my best mph was 106.7. The only thing holding me back is my 60foot times best all day 2.17 then i had a few that were 2.3. Could the car having lowering springs and need new rear shocks be why my 60foot suck so bad, and yes some is my but woild new shocks help out along with putting stock springs back on. Let me know what you guys think. The car was run bone stock.

And 70 degrees is not perfect. When its in the 40's with no humidity its perfect

Nice times though. The best 60' Ive seen on street tires with an M6 is 1.9's. Take out your air filter.I took mine out and gained a tenth.Just remember to put it back in when you leave.

Excellent times for your 1st runs. I would not take out my air filter for a 1 tenth ET gain.
Too risky, IMO. A lowered car is supposed to have a harder time with launching, but I have seen several lowered Camaros pull off 1.5 60' with ET Streets. Lowering springs with relocation brackets + LCA's will help out a lot.
