Finally Did a Gtech 1/4 mile!
13.06@113mph!!
2.22 60'
4.66 sec 0-60
I hear Gtech's run a few mph fast, but it's all good!
The weird thing is my measured HP/TQ was 277/300. Hmm...
The 3.73's keep me at the very top of my powerband... between 5000 and 6000 RPM... maybe I'm running after my peak power and I need to shift at a lower RPM? I'll tell you though, it pulled like a bat out of hell throughout the run. I'm pleased except for my HP/TQ

hmm... now go to the track and run it a few times and get your quickest et and see if it comes close to the numbers that the gtech spit out. i've seen ppl run totally different number and ppl who ran pretty damn close, if not better numbers, to what the gtech said they'd run. and if you ever have the chance, get dynoed cuz i really dont believe those hp/tq numbers you got....if you're stock you should be at AROUND 305hp/330tq... just my .o2... peace

G-Tech logs terminal speed instead of trapspeed, but the ET is usually within .10 to .15 of the ET at the track. i usually use the same road for consistencies everytime i do something different to the car. it's worth every bit of that $120. i hate the track
I love my Gtech mainly because of the shiftlights and cornering lights... plus it always attracts attention from everyone who sees it... and the blue backlighting/red buttons look awesome at night!
Anyway, i'm planning on going to the track soon, after my headers get put on. Anyone know how much it costs to run at the track, how many runs you can do, and if you can run against the person of your choice (if you go with like 3 or 4 people)?

I love the track and feel the G-Tech is decent for what it provides you with..
The comp model is even better by its specs but I have yet to try it out.
I use mine at the track to see how accurate and if the road is flat, it will give you an accurate read. Keep in mind that any elevation change on the road will affect the reading tho.
Often it has been extremely close to exact in the ET but as usual the MPH is a tad off.
