Yesterday I took out my spare tire, jack, panels in the trunk area that hold the speakers, the trunk cover, rear seat, rear seatbelts and all the floormats. It only took about an hour to remove everything and I shaved about 90lbs off my cars weight. Something you might want to do to help your time at the track a little. 100lbs=.1 off your quarter mile time.

 

I understand that .1 can make a differance, but my gosh do you really have to take everything apart from a beautiful car.

 

Everything you take out is behind you so you dont see it isnt there. Besides its all on the inside and other than the panels in the trunk it doesnt really look that bad.

 

youre also taking this 90 lbs away from your rear wheels....remember every tenth in the 0-60 is 2 tenths down the line.
