i had 3 1/2 slash tips but my car slammed on them on the highway wheres a good place to get new ones?

You can get them directly from SLP ( http://www.slpeng.com ), but occasionally you can find them used in the classified section for a lot less $.

You don't have to get SLP slash tips, go to Jegs.com and check out Hooker tips, they are longer,look better, are cheaper, and will it on the slp pipes.
