exhaust and oil

alrighty... I GOT IT!!! I GOT IT!!! *te he, look in sig *

question i could never get a good answer on in lt1 tech... mobil 1 synth. should i go 5w-30 or 10w-30?

also... i love my ws6 and the exhaust is nice... but its honestly far too quiet. especially at speed. but im needing to keep my car pretty stock for the resale market (unfortunatly i won't be able to keep it long, maybe 6 months)
whats the quickest done, quickest UNDONE, cheapest way of toning up my exhaust note? if it helps... emissions is no object.

Re: exhaust and oil

10 w will hold up to more hardcore driving...i recomend it...as for the exhaust i would take off the cat and replace it with a staight pipe...i took mine off and i saw a horsepower increase and better sound

Re: exhaust and oil

an upgraded muffler should have no affect on the resale of the vehicle.

i would just have a flowmaster, magnaflow or dynomax muffler welded on with stock tips.

most people would never know.

I use Mobil 1 10W-30.
Congrats man! Leave the Pontiac stock. It will
keep its value more than any moded car...and
the 2002's are very fast.
