Engine Package For You Mileage LS1 Guys
I'm sure most of the 98-00 LS1 cars out there are getting on in the miles and are probably feeling a little tired. Victory Racing Engines has the solution, to put the pep back in your step and then some.

I was the engine builder over at APE, I have since started Victory Racing Engines with my partner Eric. I'm sure if you ask around you will find that Victory's customer service and quality is top notch.

Ya know, I probably dont belong in this thread, but let me relay a little info for all the people who keep bringing this APE crap up. How about a story first so you realize I know of what I speak.
I brought 4 cars over to APE last year, a total of over 300 miles round trip. Two werent even touched, one got on the dyno only to be told they wouldnt touch it, and the 4th would only go on the dyno if the driver agreed to tune it himself. Needless to say I was pissed and vowed to NEVER let another car or friend of mine go to APE.
Fast forward to about a month ago. I hooked up with Nick and agreed to let him build my LT1. First of all, I figured he didnt own APE, so why the hell not. He promised me a motor before the Woodward Dreamcruise, which was a little far fetched. Not only did he get the damn thing done and to me, but when we had a problem with a pilot bearing that didnt fit right, he had a custom one machined and drove the damn thing the 300 mile round trip to Grand Rapids the DAY BEFORE THE CRUISE so I could finish the install and have the car at Woodward. That is WAY beyond customer service IMO. Now I challenge all you whiners who keep bitching about APE to find another shop that will do that for you in a pinch. Nick came thru big time for me, and built me a killer 385 LT1 that I love to death. You guys have to learn to disguinish between working for a Shi* Shop and Owning one. Nick was a worker, just like if I worked at Enron, dosent mean I was the dick out there punching babies and stealing retirements. You guys need to open your eyes, you have a hell of a engine builder here offering you dirt cheap motors. I for one took advantage of it, and I couldnt be happier.
Ok, my rant is over. I just hate to see crap drug up that dosnet pertain to the current moment.

Not its not........
It by far, a lot better than that.
Nick will not BS you just to sell something, he speaks the truth about everything weather you want to hear it or not. If your looking for a machine shop, or a new short/long block, look no further. B/c I wont. I found my shop, and its on the other end of the country.
