anybody have any experience with electric cut-outs? thinking bout gettin some just don't know how much they are or where to get them or if they cause problems of any kind besides the police thanks!

 

i see you have the LM setup....a single cutout is pointless on that exhaust since it's basically a straight pipe. now dual cutouts, on the Ypipe is a different story...but even that is argueable as to the gains (unless you have cats).

as for problems, well they are an electric motor located on the underside of the car. that makes them prone to malfunction. some have warrentees others don't. it seems that someone is always complaining about each brand...none seem to be the true winner.

 

yeah i looked at the DMH ones last night and they have a 4 year warrenty...yeah i have LM right now but i'm redoing my whole exhaust and was prolly going to go with what they call a, "chokemaster" so i was gonna get cut-outs to solve that...thanks
