EGR Question after installing LS6

When I got my cam installed I also installed the LS6 intake manifold, my question is the EGR is still going in to the intake, not functionally though, so its serving no purpose. Can I just remove it? And what will I need to do if I can?

Re: EGR Question after installing LS6

Once I unbolt the egr tube from the passenger side header I will need to put a block off plate on the headers, who sells this block off plate?

Re: EGR Question after installing LS6

Thunder Racing sells them, some of the other sponsors might too...or you can just try and make one yourself.
