Make it yourself. You can plug the intake with an expandable freeze plug from Auto Zone then get some thin steel and make the block off plates. Cut the tubes off the existing EGR with a hack saw, then pin youir blockoff plates under the existing plates. I did that multiple times. I think SDPC sells a kit for $20 or $30 too, if you just want a bolt on.

You might as well delete both the Egr and AIR systems.
