Dynoed My 2000 Z28 A4 Today
It did 316 HP and 315 Torque
With the mods in my sig. Is this a good number? It was on a Mustang Dyno. Sorry for the multipal post before. Thanks, Jason Here is a link to my dyno graph http://us.f13.yahoofs.com/bc/43cc503...QuUSEBCqm2hZP3 |

My 2000 Z28 A4 made 309/313 with a lid and a cutout at about 70K miles last year.

NICE No.s!!! especially for a 92k car, like mentioned above!! Just goes to prove the strenght and longevity(sp?) possibilites of LSx motors!

Re: Dynoed My 2000 Z28 A4 Today
wow! was that witht he cutout open? thats more mileage and power than my m6!

Re: Dynoed My 2000 Z28 A4 Today
It is more power than I thought I would get. Keep in mind this is a Mustang Dyno and people say they dyno less than a Dynojet. Next week when the shop gets there Dynojet fix I will go back and un it again.
The 316 HP was with the cut out open. For my second pull i was going to close the cut out but its in a hard to reach place and could not get to it while it was on the Dyno. Before my exhaust and cut out, I ran 13.3@104. Now I have the cut out, I might be able to get a 12.9-13.1 @ 105-106 MPH Also, I cut the bottom of my air box to expose most of the K&N filter area maybe that helps alot. Any thoughts? Thanks, Jason |

 wow.... 2 mph and .2 seconds sounds kinda generous for just a cut out dont ya think? Is that a normal gain?

Gives me hope with my '00 A4. Only one dyno in the state and he charges out the A$$ for dyno time so mine will never see the rollers. That link to the graph doesn't seem to work for me.

Re: Dynoed My 2000 Z28 A4 Today
I went to the track today (Houston Race Way Park) This is with my new cut out open.
My times and speeds were 13.302@105.70 2.078 60ft 13.389@106.35 2.177 " 13.431@105.75 2.177 " 13.465@105.16 2.145 " 13.468@104.85 2.117 " So my time did not change but I got 2 more miles per hour from the cut out My old time was with about 60 degree and it was about 78-80 degrees today Bottom line, cut out = 2 MPH |
