Dyno Tuning and Larger than stock rims
Dyno Tuning and Larger than stock rims
Heading to get the car dyno tuned tomorrow.
Will my 18" Y2K Vette rims have that big of an impact on the results? should I switch out the back to the stockers?
I really can't see a 4-5lb difference per back wheel, even if it is rolling resistance, making that big of a deal on the dyno.
Any ideas?

people say that it makes a difference and i supose it would since its more rotating mass but i dont think it will make a huge difference
and i have never tested the difference in heavy rims vs stock i dyno my car the way it is driven no tricks just to get a #
