Dyno results within...(cam/headers installed)

388 RWHP
371 RWTQ

A Comp 224/224 .581/.581 114 cam was installed along with pushrods/springs/plugs & wires. At the same time installed Hooker long tubes/ORY and got it dyno-tuned. It feels and sounds great.

Thumbs up

Dam good numbers for a very streetable cam. My cam is prolly a little too much for the street, but I don't drive my car much...

I have it going through the Hookers straight out into a Magnaflow. It's nice and deep and even though it's a 114 LSA, you can still hear some lope. I am very happy with it, however it would be too loud for people that are used to "normal" cars.

I do not have a ported TB or pulley. Didn't change the timing chain either.

Exactly the cam I want, along with an LS-6 intake.

RYUHEI

My lift is .561/.561 to your .581 so I guess I can expect a little less @ the wheels?

Ryuhei, how does the valvetrain sound? Is it a lot louder? Ticking, ratling?

You're probably shifting it at 6500 rpm now. I wonder about the longevity of the LS1 when it's regularly taken that high. I know there are issues with the connecting rod bolts letting loose.
