Unhappy Driver's Door control panel is loose!

I had my driver's side power window motor replaced under warranty... after I got it back, the window worked fine, but the panel that holds the window/door/mirror control buttons was loose.

I tried fixing it myself, wiht no luck.

I took it back to the dealership, first they replaced the plastic around the buttons, then they replaced the clips, and finally the replaced the whole plastic bezel that holds the panel.

It is a little better, but still is loose.

Any ideas? It seems everything has been replaced, with only a slight inprovement.

The same thing happened to my friend's 2001 Z28 when they took the door panel off to fix a bad speaker in the door.

My drivers side panel has always been a little loose. I can't figure out why the passenger side is rock-solid perfect and the driver side is so horrible. GM engineering I suppose.

My driver side sail panel continually pops out at the latch side of the door too. POS.
