I'm using an INNOVA 1003a scan tool and from a PCM reset am still getting an OBD diagnostics incomplete after 175 miles and at least five full trip cycles from a cold engine. I started with a full tank of gas. Its got a blinking "C" icon on the display which I believe indicates a catalitic converter diagnostic has not completed. I have no detected DTCs and no SES. I just want the diagnostics to complete so I can take the car to the inspection station and replace my two year expired sticker. Any ideas?
