Do LS1 intakes have no EGR???

Do LS1 intakes have no EGR???
Just curious, if the intake manifold has no EGR, does that mean its an LS6 manifold? Or is there some LS1 manifold that dont have EGR? just curious because i called a wrecking yard and they said they have manifolds that came off a 2000 or 2001 corvette. thanks for any input

2001+ have no EGR.

98-2000 f-bodies have LS1 intake with EGR. 01-02 have the LS6 intake with no EGR.

AFAIK 97-00 vettes have a LS1 intake with no EGR and 01 and up have the LS6 intake.

they gave me the part number, here it is PN# 12556333

Where do i go to check the part numbers out?

12556333 is an older PN for the LS1 intake/no EGR provision for the 97-00 Vette.

Get an LS6.....the LS1's have zero value & the LS6 will out perform a 90mm LS2 on a NA application.

He's just looking for a cheap manifold to use for warrantee fraud.

there is no egr on the intakes on 2001-2002 cars.
