Do I need to upgrade my light wires for 80W and 100W krypton bulbs?

Hi guys, I have a 1998 Z28 and I was thinking about getting some krypton light bulbs. They are rated at 80 Watts for the low beams, and 100 Watts for the high beams and 8000k brightness. My question is, are these bulbs safe to use on the stock wires, or do I need to buy other wiring to replace my stock wiring? If I need to replace the wiring, where do I buy the wiring that is capable of safely working with these bulbs? The box claims to work with stock wires, but the box has chinese or japanese writings all over it, so it is a package made somewhere in asia and I don't know if I should trust it. They are called, Racing R krypton bulbs.

Here's a link to the bulbs I'm talking about;

What wattage are the stock halogen bulbs rated at? Also, if I wanted to get a High Wattage Headlight Harness kit , where can I get it at?
